Rapper Petey Pablo (no relation to The Bachelor pariah Juan Pablo) is a free man after doing two years of hard time for gun smuggling, TMZ reports.

The man behind "Raise Up" and "Freek-a-Leek" among other hip hop classics is out of prison ahead of schedule, and for the first time in a long awhile.
Back in 2010, he was arrested at Raleigh Durham Airport on September 11 (seriously) after police say he tried to take a stolen gun through airport security.
Petey Pablo was notoriously sentenced to 35 months behind bars at a federal prison for that offense, but was cut loose this week, four months early.
Like fellow free man Lil Boosie, he's focused on getting back to work. Pablo says he will return to hip-hop and has already hooked up with Timbaland.
"I'm now headed to the work shop," Pablo says. "To begin what will be noted as my best work ever with one of the greatest producers of all time."
"See ya in a few ... shirt still spinning!"
Let's hope he links up with this guy:
